We will do our best to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you want to apply a return, please contact our customer service and informed of the reason for returning. All items sent back to us must be complete in the original condition with all tags and labels: unused, not worn, altered or washed, etc.

---- TaoSneakers sent the correct size to you, but you feel is not fit, then we don't accept return, so suggest you can contact Customers Service to check the CM of insole before shipping after you puchased.
---- If it is the quality problem or we ship mistaken version to you, please take photos of the item and send the pictures to us. We will take responsibility for the quality problem item.
----We are not responsible for packages which lost in transit.

No return or exchange under these situations:

(4) We do not accept items that are unauthorized, packaged incorrectly, or improperly insured.
(5) We do not assume obvious problems that can be seen in QC(include wrong size, wrong shoes, flaws) so please check QC pictures more carefully before shipping.

We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our other worldwide customers can return to our warehouse.
(All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.)
We will only refund if we receive the sneakers that meet the above return conditions.
